When the Federales had all the sat views of the East coast down Saturday night it left the Caribbean to look over...

A system with some spin had developed in the Eastern Caribbean below Eastern Cuba...The last system down there kept moving west...

Oddly enough it is being watched now if the eternally lingering high over Texas finally moves...
