From what I understand CARE Inc is going to be a separate entity in the sense that it's going to be Publicly traded, but will be "Owned" by EXTO.

There will not be any dividends paid to EXTO shareholders as per Mr Porter.

My suggestion is to call them and find out straight from those in the know.

Scratch off the broken skin, tear into my heart and make me do it again yeah..
