I just got this email from Roxanna about the dividends.

We are threatening our own complaint against the transfer agent as well for not doing their work
Thanks for keeping our office up to date on these matters. I will keep you informed as well

I can easily see transfer agents playing for a market maker to manipulate a price by holding back important info or dividends a company has paid them to give out. Roxanna is in a spot where the agent is not doing their job and she is going to put the sec on them. An agent thinks if we close our eyes the problems will go away. We will not blink, much less close our eyes. Give Roxanna all of your support.
