It's amazing how these work. At first I thought these guys were off their rocker by continually saying the rent must be due. And then one day low and behold, we get a press release on the 29th of August spouting off some shit they've had in their back pocket for months now. I'm glad no one bought into this horrible stock based upon just words alone. Put up or shut up. I put up money, so I'm not going to shut up until I get my fill.
