Sosa, I would not put it past them. I posted a message months ago to P2k on another board regarding CLYW, in which I discussed my conversation with Tony Drake. Tony made it clear to me that the reason things have taken so long to find a manufacturer for the phone, was b/c MOT was putting pressure on phone producers not to work with CLYW. At this point MOT would likely do anything to stop CLYW.
