That is another closeout trade. the MM had an order to sell with a limit of .0013, but he did most of the selling (actually shorting) on the ask at .0015. then, at the end of the day, he flipped it to his customer at .0013 by covering his short with the customer's sell order. In other words, there was no real 1,290,000 share trade.
