You really should read PR's and filings before making foolish statements.

Nothing in this PR has been proven to be a lie in any many. They have not moved as quick as expected but have released the Q's already and the 10k, as stated "will follow in a reasonable period of time" is still in the works.

Now of course we can all debate what constitutes a reasonable time period but we cannot argue that the Q's have been filed.
