It has already been proven. They did not and will not produce what they publicly promised the investor. This was done in May and it is now August 29th. All 3 did not come out at once, the 10K is nowhere to be found and there has been no effort to make the investor whole after the deliberating misleading commnets by Steve Parent and SNEY's management team. A reasonable amount of time is not 4 months! That is enough to win any lawsuit in America. Anyone else interested?
