I would term it a reaction to all of the never ending BS about supposed "problems" with the CSC agreement (all thoroughly debunked)triggered by a share price drop without obvious explanation.

The idea does not stand up to even the most cursory evaluation, IMHO. CSC would have to spend a vastly larger amount of money than it would gain plus it would be devaluing all the other KBLB shares it holds.

With a penny stock and thinly traded the price can drop just because one large holder has to sell for unrelated reasons. If that's all it is, the price will recover in time.
