Well you answered the question with the same answer you gave on the note you sent out to everyone so I take it that that is what your lawyer's gave to be said. Other brokers are willing to cover the costs but not
zecco anymore, however you are saying that the costs could be several hundred dollars per transaction up to $700 and that zecco "reserves the right to hold my money till they are all covered.
I find it hard to believe that other brokers are willing to cover costs per transaction that are in the hundreds of dollars per and I find it alarming that you would find it so easy to freeze "my" funds for up to three weeks per trade unitl all of these supposed costs are covered.
I bet you have lost "alot" of buisness and mine will soon be another I'm sorry to inform you. I found zecco to be a good broker until this fiasco and cannot in good faith maintain an association with a broker that I cannot clearly complete any transaction "I" desire with my money in less time than the three weeks you suggest could take to clear my funds.
I'm afraid I will be contacting you to transfer my holdings to another broker shortly. Thank you for your explanation of this matter even if your stance will no longer permit my continuted usage.
