Both Interactive Brokers and Merrill Lynch. My ML broker did some further investigations and found out that the security was blocked from trading and their compliance officer says it is currently showing on the toxic list with no exceptions.

At least this explains the low trading volume on this stock. Wonder how many orders are pending for the relist? Should be a fun day to watch the ticker when they get cleared.
