this isn't just an academic or speculative question.
Assuming your theory is true....
On one of the other dormant boards I moderate here, the company placed their $200 air cleaner product with a multi billion dollar distributor for testing prior to an international rollout. The $200 air cleaner burned down the house of the chief engineer. within a year, that stock was toast.
Litigation is ongoing.
One would think the stakes are higher with a half million dollar, radiation emitting device, intended to be used on humans.
Does IMGG have insurance to protect the company from risk of loss?
If not, I highly doubt it is anywhere but a storage locker (asuming the 2nd device exists)
