Question about the secret offsite location

IMGG doesn't own or lease any other locations according to the 10Q

And Dean has indicated the DVIS has yet to be placed in any clinical location.

What is the nature of this offsite location? Customer? Manufacturer? Friend of Dean?

Is IMGG covered for any risk of loss at that location? Both in terms of the DVIS injuring someone and also for the risk of loss in case this entity's location should suffer some catastrophe such as fire, flood, or eathquake.

Also, if this location is hundreds of miles away from IMGG's offices and Dean's home, how is any work performed on this device?

A lot of risk would seem to be borne by IMGG shareholders by having a secret offsite location hundreds of miles away.
