I really think it goes hand in hand with a post I made about 1 or 2 months ago, that really brought a lot of wrath down on me from several peeps.
I basically said: "what if ROX decided to NOT fight the shorts, but use them to her advantage - ride it down to a low pps where she could do a buyback and retire the shares?
What if she purposely held off on the business until this happened?
I was going to write a follow up on that this week - more or less to the tune of...if this premise has any merit, who would the "bad guys" be? I think that question is now superfluous.
I'm sticking with my mantra:
Lots of Pinks take advantage of the fact that they are NOT required to file in order to hide their weakness.
ROX has found a new twist - she is taking advantage of the fact that she is NOT required to file in order to hide her strength.
This is all speculation, but usually in the Pinks, that's all you have to go on.
Not possible to back up statements with 10-k's and Filings, as there are none.
Pretty typical of Pinks - you need to know that when you invest here - pretty much a "cat in the sack" - you take a shot, and PLEASE don't risk your kids' college money - I certainly didn't.
If this goes where I think it's gonna go, I'll be filthy rich with no risk.
But the people saying "this is going nowhere" should not be ignored. Many Pinks go nowhere.
Of course, this one has gone up 800% in a very poor economical summer. What do you think will happen after Labor Day, when many start looking for the new "gem in the rough"? Could it be that we have found it before the masses find it?

well, HERE IT IS!!!!
