APXR pipeline decision coming MUST READ!! They have a share in the Mackenzie valley pipeline. We were told that they are going to sell their part in the project but couldn't do so till they updated their filings which they have started doing. The director who we have been in contact with owns 10,600,000 shares which was disclosed in the form 3 just recently released. The pipeline has already been approved by the National Energy Board earlier this year so now we are waiting on the final regulatory decision on whether or not to build the pipeline. Then the big oil and gas companies like Korea Oil and Gas or Exxon will come bidding for their portion. Their part of the project is estimated to be worth 1.4 billion dollars and the beauty is they don't have to pay any of the building cost or development fees. That is left for the bigger companies like Imperial Oil/Exxon so you better believe they will come knocking as soon as the decision to build is final. If they give the final seal to build the pipeline then the buyout figure will be huge due to the no building or development fees associates with their ownership in the pipeline. The market cap is less than 4 million. Get in this before anyone finds out about it.
