And anyone who idn't know there was a problem with share structure, really should not have been investing, trading or what ever you want to call it.

Dimension, your'e right, many of us do hold fake shares. In fact many of us knew that as we were buying them. In as that Megas had already made the problem known, in a public manner.
So yes it is a very good bet they were fake when we first bought them, and they are still fake. Certianly nothing new about that.
The real play against the brokers who were both foolish and selfish enough to allow this to continue trading. Some did get out at the last minute with a nice return. Most did not.
The great big flags went up when several brokerages began to suspend trading. My own sell order at E Trade went in less than five minutes before they stopped. Never executed.
So, again yes we have fake, forged, noexistant, ilusinary shares. What is your point? Again the play is with the brokerages, they should have been trying with everything they have to repurchase and close out positions all along.
Megas has done an awesome job of seeing this through, any lessor man would have walked away by now. And no, I would not assume that just because he succesful in his pursuit, does not automatically mean we win. But it sure sets one hell of a stage to be pursued from. Chill out and enjoy the ride. Senery is great, add a few friends, what more do you need. In the end you will have just exactly whatever you are supposed to.
