This is exactly what I sent to the SEC today.
I copied it. From here on out we will never take a back step. I am tired of seeing my aging friends lose all of their hard earned money and think they can do nothing about it.

Many of us on Investor's Hub has bought into this stock with the promise that by July 31st, 2011 the company was merging and would issue dividend stock shares unrestricted 1 MPIX for every 32 EMXC held through June 15th at a price of .10, they issued another pr saying they would give equal shares to make up for the price of MPIX if it did not reach .10 by August 26th. Nothing is given out. They gave out a transfer agent that never answers their answering machine.

eMax Holdings, Inc (EMXC) Stock Trading Info:

I got this email sent to my home in their attempt to answer my request for our unrestricted shares.

We are dealing with the SEC everday and they are aware of all our progress
There is two TA depending on what Dividend you are referring to
Which shares are you entitled to and then I will give you the correct
name and number
EMAX

To this date they are still trading as EMXC and say they only merged part of the company for a value of $40,000,000.

This is from the MPIX pr.

I ask that the SEC agents that are dealing with EMXC give us the information publicly and either fine or penalize EMXC for holding back while their stock is being bought and sold. I have sent this complaint for to all people, family and friends that I know who bought this stock in the hopes that you would speak for us. We know that if we do not ask you, you may not even see this going on. Thank you for your time and efforts on our behalf.
