Can somebody please explain what they are really offerening and what are their Customers? What is their Revenue Stream? How much Revenue we are talking about here? The Client list refers to the Parent Company KOOLA.INC which is dead since 2010... How much value will VizzEco generate? How much will the Merger cost (cash/shares)?
