ATTN:INTERACTIVE BROKER CLIENTS WITH UNFILLED UTOG ORDERS.....

Had an above market order UNFILLED for a week. Called to see what was up and was told that they will not put the order on the floor at this time. Noticed my order's status was "held and being monitored" or something to that effect. Those orders will probably be held until it gets relisted. This could explain a good part of the low volume. IB normally holds Pinks until they submit so the status didn't bother me at first, but bidding over ask should have triggered the order to be placed.

I believe UTOG is a pump & dump, but what they're pumping isn't the stock price, it's oil. Looking forward to the upsurge.
