So, in today's real dollar terms, the value of this distribution per share of old Chemtura (CEMJQ) is:

$11.63 [Friday's closing price] x .0035281 [shares of CHMT distributed] = $.041
+
$.0077397 [cash distributed]
=
$.0487 per share of CEMJQ

Of course, if the share value of CHMT was $18/share as it was a few weeks ago then the total value per share of CEMJQ would have been $.071.

The story of Chemtura stock "could have been, should have been", oh well.
