all's I can say is that this has been one helluva discussion about share structure these past few weeks...I share Jonys concerns since, at this point in time nobody can say with any cetainty what we're gonna look like when this deal goes down...

but thats why we all play the pinkys...much better chance than hittin the powerball...lol
