It depends on what you mean by "substance" Everyone of the PR's has substance, some with the substance to take the price down.......which is what we are seeing for some reason now and some that should take the price up........which we should be seeing now...but we're not.
Just to let you know my feelings, this price really sucks. It appears that the only way to get the price up is to have a 'REVENUE" producing PR and that might not even do it.
