Can you clarify what you think this means? I would assume this would mean an order would be rejected outright for whatever reason ie "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone"

Does that necesarilly mean that this is what is happening and thats why bids do not show up?

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
