littlejohn: Good morning. It is a big CAT 1, but a CAT 1 still is worse than a nor'easter. If it lingers over the Mid-Atlantic, there will be a LOT of beach erosion. The good news is that the beach builds itself back up quickly during this time of year.

Tornado WARNING for Dewey and Rehobeth Beaches. Yikes.
