I've been here a while investing. The last day I see increased buying interest. with only 46,879,382 Shares Outstanding WHAIQ could run next week. very unusual that huge bid in the L2. 2.2 milion bid to 0.0012. It seems as if someone want to get big. WHAIQ could be run the next multi-penny.
