Gator I emailed the complaint form to all.
This was the email I sent to all my members and my family and friends, and also to Emax so they'll know we are serious and we will not put our heads in the sand. Transfer agents can't answer phones and only one of two is even known....I question these things. The SEC, hopefully, will fine them and penalize the agents for withholding the dividends while the stock is worked. That's my belief about what is happening. Just from surmising.

I promised to pass this complaint form out to members in the chat. If you bought EMXC and have not gotten your unrestricted dividend shares of MPIX as promised in their pr by July 31st, 2011 and promised again by August 26th, then I suggest you file an online complaint with the securities and exchange commission. The Emax people tell me they are talking to the SEC every day so perhaps we'll get some answers from those SEC people in the know. When something becomes a principle then you cannot look the other way until it goes away. No more.
