Okay if the dilution is used to line the CEO's pocket then its bad period.

But, if the money is used to grow the company into what I think we all want, then its money well spent. And, you are right we don't know because they haven't told us... I did my DD and believe this is not your normal Pinkie, so I am willing to allow the company to grow like all start up companies have to.

I believe in the product and the management, with that said, I will vote for them to have what they need to make the company stronger... I am on faith willing to support the company I did my DD on and believe to be honorable and trustworthy.

Now that is my opinion. I will vote YES unless I find their best intrest is not my best intrest, but I believe it is.
