Well, that's understandable, we all have different comfort levels. My biggest concern was the knee jerk, herd mentality reaction that a lot of shareholders have with They see the possibility of a Company increasing the share count. Normally they may be right, but only with the total O/S increasing, this is different. The proposed increase in only the Authorized Shares does NOT mean dilution, and I think judging by the price staying where it did Today reflects the fact that most Longs realized that. I do stick by My deduction on this proposal being a strategy in lieu of Bigger things coming. Only because MMTC has Dutchess for $, and the increase in Authorized shares isn't for a $ need, and that should make all feel good. I wonder why MMTC would want that many new shares since it is not for a dilutive intent? Hmmmm
