Answer; 5m S8s authorized in May the filing today is to provide updated prospectus information!!! The company still has all 5m shares!!

Come on this filing is simply showing a updated value for these shares so they could be used at .065 instead of .015 like they were in May!!

BRGO is simply showing the S8 issuance in May has more value today and they haven issued a single share, another filing will follow if they use them!!
