Moe, any increase in outstanding shares is DILUTION no matter what the the funds are used to accomplish.However if the funds are used to progress the company that is fine. I thought that this company has extra ordinary technology and needs no acquisition or other technology to advance. I am now more worried than ever about my increased holdings here. I am now in the red big time.
