Our dividend conversion value ($0.003449) was set based upon gold at a much lower level. The assets that back those dividends go up in value as gold goes up in value. If we are to get a cash settlement for those dividends, and the assets they are backed by, the higher the price of gold, the higher the cash value of those assets. The more someone will be willing to pay for those dividends that give them the rights to the assets.
