Financials don't justify the market cap and PPS.

Fair Market Value of this company is roughly $6Mil (PPS*OS)
Yearly Revenue (as stated in 10Q) is about $450K.

Am I missing something? Maybe they have some contracts lined up that I missed. PPS just seems way too high.
