If they are going to dilute then I would hope they let it run a bit more. This could easily hit .02 or .03 with some good pr's. Bur for some reason the idiots that are running these companies like to dilute in the double zero's or triple zero's. Why?? Why I say? Doesn't make any sense. They would get rid of less shares and pick up more money. Who knows.
