It's not a "sell" nore is it anything that has to do with an institution. Please learn what form ts are on penny stocks before throwing out wild cliams. Again, these are normal trades that took place durning the day, in this case, those trades were early in the morning when the stock was in the 9 cent range. And again, it wasn't a single trade, that was alot of different peoples trades at that price that were recorded at the eod in one single block. These trades already took place in the am, and were just not recorded, these were not "new" trades or anything like that. All the MMs did was record the volume from those trades before closing out the system EOD.
