NO. All of the details should be in the super 8K. I can't see a reason to do an r/s if the o/s is only 6.8 mil. That is what attracted me here. If it had an o/s of a 500 mil or a bil like most sub penny stocks do, I would assume an r/s was coming. Wont know for sure until the details are provided in the Super 8-k.
