That is the PR/Filing we are waiting on here.
BK is closed, IR is back, Company is still around with financing from 2 different companies. I'm taking that as one is approved because if there wasnt a way for them to stay viable the Trustee would have converted this to a Chapter 7 case and we wouldnt be trading right now.
