I will wait out the day.
At the end of the day I will send the sec complaint forms to all of my friends and family who have had shares all submit them on line. If Roxy doesn't want to tell us who the two transfer agents are that are supposedly already taking care of business since July 31st, as one email said, then she will have to talk to professionals who know the best way to ask. This was supposed to be a $40,000,000 deal and that will get them hopping. At the very least we'll ask for fines or penalties for delays. If possible we'll submit all of the pr companies, too, that sent them out. No more games. I know too many good friends that have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars on these penny plays that do not keep their word.
