Do you suppose that the fax fell off of RP's desk at the same time as the pile of PR's..........therefore, leaving him with a stack of PR's all over the place and a broken fax machine? I think Blackdog stated it yesterday that "they are bumbling around in the dark"..............he could be on to something there.

Of course this is just my OPINION and not yours.
