From eTrade's web site:

"If you execute a day trade while an existing day trading minimum equity call is open, your account will be immediately restricted to cash-only transactions for 90 days or until the call is met. With this restriction, your account will be treated as a cash account and you will not be able to purchase any securities on margin. Note that the account will not be able to use any borrowed funds to purchase securities while this restriction is in place."

Sounds like I can still day trade, just not on margin. Anyone agree with me?
