He had all the money he needed and had no debt, to working deals and PP to get cash almost to the sound of being desperate IMO.

I overheard conversations with James that made me wonder to what was really going on.

Global Settlements, and other diluting possibilities of debt wraps, PP and financing for a company that had no debt according James on the Con Calls. When all the time there is mass debt, bills and other things were not getting paid. imo
