Not really dawg, FINRA simply needs to stamp "approved" on the final set of stupid questions they asked that were answered. Then we're good to go. FINRA is slow... perhaps as slow as it takes the naked shorts to cover their arses while we're on the grey sheets. When the corruption of the SEC has been accomplished, then we'll see an uplist.
