I've done some DD. Here's what I found if you google the address on surgline website it is 1301 dove st suite 800 newport beach ca. It comes up as sage construction phone number 9492487297 I called them to ask if that's where they are located they said no they are in suite 820. I asked who was in suite 800 and they said they were right next door but had no idea what the company name was. they said they had multiple company names but had no idea what they did for business and no signs. If surgline is well established you would think they would have been well established but the neighbors don't even know what there name is and says they just moved in. Surgline website has no phone number to contact them and the date on the bottom corner was established in 2011. Again if they have been in business for a while there website would have been up years ago. If you look at VA contract it is thru gonneville Inc. Which is a distribution company but doesn't even deal with medical supplies. Tcln which is another fong company. Just finish a merger with qutar which they did the same thing reduce shares. But it does not look like qutar is making money. I hope this volume is not dilution before the merger to get money to fund surgline then r/s shares to dilute more later. Jmo
