I say if they are not in the account by the date specified, then watch for more complaints. If EMXC wants the complaints to end, then its simlple. Pay the TA to get them done and follow through on promises.

If this board does not like the complaints, then sell or Don't Sell! These things have taken since 2003, so taking time is correct. LOL!
