Because the TA still needs to be paid for doing the work.

Just mailing them or how ever they were sent, does not make it done. So EMXC is safe when they claim that they have been sent and that the TA has received them.

No where do we know that the TA has been paid for there work to get them out. That is the issue to ask about.

Dividends are a VERY BIG ISSUE. Getting them out creates a trust in EMXC for what they have failed to accomplish with past promises.
