Yes, read through all the filings. It explained their current debt situation for the past 3 months (not much by the way in comparison to other pink companies), unchanged business operations, and future business outlooks, and the lawsuit.

If you read thoroughly, it may sounds bad. But it really isn't... The company is rather new in the hands of the new management. They have several projects on the table and one in which I was told has been completed. But if you read my projections for that 3D film, it should overcome their minor debt. Trust me, all companies will have roadblocks. But like penny_man said, this company is a gold mine.

Furthermore, these filings cover the first three months of the quarterly, and back from 2010 till June for the annual. There's still the second half of the year which remains to be seen. Base on analysis, it should show more meat in the numbers.
