Well this was fast, I called Fidelity (already have a retirement account with them) and I opened up a brokerage account. I told them about ADCS and being non-DTC and they said I could transfer all shares at no cost and no problem. It took them about 10 minutes to research, but its all good and i'll have a full transfer in about 5 business days. Peace out Zecco!
