This company is in the best possible position now than ever before. The Patent is clearly Calypsos with no possible dispute. Now every officer and board Director needs to focus on bringing value by starting to work with new customers and infringers to license the patent. On the other hand, we need to solve a few internal issues like getting the financials up to date and filled correctly.
In order to get the financial in order we need Dave Williams to start cooperating with the officers of the company and stop bombarding and making false accusations to everyone of corruption when the only one not looking out for stockholders interest is him.

Dave needs to hand over all the financial records so Crisitan Turrini and Kyle Pierce can continue to do their job and close this chapter.

The way I see it… the only obstacle for success of the company today is Dave Williams.
