Not to be a wet blanket, but all I see is that Brian has now brought another party (BEEN) to the "not getting it done" party.

They haven't done anything and they are being sued already?!?!?

How is this anything but a continuing sign that Brian is beyond inept???

I try to hold out hope but a lawsuit that is probably a breach of contract issue is ridiculous.

Now we have two court cases going on??? And no warehouse?? Perfect business plan execution!!

I would love for this to pan out...just not sure it will any more....
