Signing brought forward 2 days not pushed back.

Moved from Friday Sept 16 to Thursday Sept 14.

Could just be a court scheduling item

or

It could be that QSGI wanted to have more time that week to put out news.

IF QSGI was hesitant, they would not have moved the court date up. Instead they would have moved to further away.
