OK, I'm back in the game. I got out previously because I did some DD that lead me to the owner of Global Stock Investments being Lambros Soteriou. Some googling lead me to claims of fraud but I've dug a little deeper and apparently this guy is also associated with World Company Directory in the UK and they recently opened up offices in FL. They are also in the advertising sector and they do very well. I think they do want to go public here in the US. Negotiations take time, more than just a few days. NISC shouldn't have claimed they would have more info in a few days. Big mistake on their part and the reason for the decline here. Peeps selling for big losses right now. I look at this as a win win. If NISC feels they are worth more than .18 per share and decline the offer that is a good thing. If they accept the offer then there is an immediate increase here. I'm in with a smaller position now for the long hall...ok for at least a month and then I'll re-think things. GLTA
